Confirm the billing mode and total shown before paying. A live checkout creates a paid subscription. Manage renewal from your workspace. Read our cancellation and refund policy before purchasing.
BILLING POLICY
Cancellations and refunds.
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel renewal in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; paid access continues until then. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next subscription charge.
We review refund requests individually, considering billing errors, service problems, and use of the service. To request a review, email closeup.chignon.2g@icloud.com with your account email, invoice reference, and a brief explanation. Do not include card numbers, passwords, or API keys.
Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments or unused time. We will confirm the outcome of your request by email. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law.

Your workspace stays yours.
Accounts, organization data, and reports require application authentication. Paired workers require their own credentials. Hosting, identity, and database services run on Google Cloud and Firebase; billing integrations use Stripe.
Optional ad measurement records the campaign, verified signup, first completed application report and a confirmed purchase. It starts only if you allow it in Measurement choices. Consented visit records expire after 30 days and are removed when the next consented visit is recorded; withdrawing consent removes the saved visit and its measurement events. With permission, Google Ads may use cookies to attribute conversions. We do not send account details or report contents to advertising services.
